Supporting professionals who bring lived experience to their practice 
This training even is specifically for those professionals who bring lived experience to their practice.   

Without a doubt those with lived experience bring a specific quality to work with children and young people affected by exploitation and violence.   They are so often more able to engage in a meaningful way and are perceived as credible.   

This training allows for a deeper exploration of a variety of key considerations – for example boundaries, avoiding collusion, safeguarding when people are over or under sensitised to issues faced by those they are working with.  Each training event is written to respond to specific team,individuals and issues – to date this has been received well and we are now booking again from October 2025 onwards.
